The purpose of the Compliance Officer of NJSC "Shymkent Heart Center" (hereinafter – the Company) is to define anti-corruption policy and to monitor the implementation of anti-corruption measures, including the assessment of corruption risks.
Together with the Company's structural units, the Compliance Officer ensures, when necessary, that internal regulatory documents are aligned with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, taking into account the analysis of corruption risks.
